Maintenance Schedule and Video Guides

500 km

Every 500 km (or 3 months)

1. Brake fluid reservoir: check the level and top up if necessary
2. Tires Check the pressure

5000 km

Every 5000 km (or yearly)

4. Steering tie rod joints: Check caps.
-. Windscreen washer: Clean nozzles and check fluid level

20000 km

Every 20000 km (or 1-2 years)

19. Carburetor and gas recirculation devices: Clean nozzles, filter and wash the inside

-. Wheel alignment: Check convergence and inclination

-. Mechanical groups fixed to the bodywork: Check that the bolts are closed

30000 km

Every 30000 km (or 2-3 years)

20. Dynamo and fan control belt: Replace the belt
21. Wheel bearings: Check the play
22. Starter motor: Clean commutator and replace brushes
-. Dynamo: Clean commutator and replace brushes

2500 km

Every 2500 km 

3. Battery: Check the electrolyte level (probably unnecessary with modern batteries).

10000 km

Every 10000 km (or yearly)

5. Tappets: Check clearance.......
6. Air filter: Replace the filter element
7. Carburetor: Adjust the idle
8. Dynamic and fan control belt: Check tension
9. Ignition distributor: Check distance between breaker contacts
10. Spark plugs: Clean and check the distance between the electrodes
Cne ignition timing: Check
11. Clutch: Check the free play
12. Brakes: Check the thickness of the seals.

13. Hand brake: Check the clearance
14. Steering tie rod joints: Check the state of wear.
15. Driving: Check clearance and tightness
16. Tyres: Check for wear and perform rotation
17. Battery: Check terminals and connections
-. Headlights: Check orientation
18. Silencer and exhaust pipe: Check connection

- Sleeves, caps, fittings, etc.: Check for leaks

50000 km

Every 50000 km (or 3-5 years)

23. Engine oil centrifugal filter: Remove and clean the inside
